Arizona is known as the 'Grand Canyon' state and the 'Copper' state and Arkansas has an official nickname of the 'Natural' state, the 'Land of Opportunity' and the 'Razorback' state.
California's official name is the 'Golden' state, and Colorado is known officially as the 'Centennial' state and unofficially as 'Colorful Colorado,' while Connecticut is called the 'Constitution' state and the 'Nutmeg' state.
Delaware is known as the 'First' state, the 'Diamond' state, the 'Blue Hen' state and the 'Small Wonder,' and Florida is obviously known as the 'Sunshine' state.
