The Sad Sordid Saga of Kansas Charley, the Boy Murderer Continues

Kansas Charley, aboard an Orphan Train, goes to a farm in Minnesota where he is beaten for wetting the bed. He goes to Kansas, then New York.

Kansas Charleyundergoes circumcision. Doctors believe it will cure his bedwetting. He is put on an Orphan Train and sent to Minnesota. He runs away and is beaten for it, and for bedwetting. He contacts his brother Fred in Kansas. He is dumped at the railway station, penniless and without food. He makes it to Kansas. There, he steals some cloths and starts the long journey eastward to New York where his sister lives.
