Thanks, Mary: This is a very timely article, seeing that Castro just ceded his power/responsibilities to his brother. Do you think things will change in Cuba, or its international relationships now?

Jennifer,
It would be very hard to guess, at this time, if things in Cuba will change. I am certain that the health of, or lack of, Castro is an important factor. Also, if his brother stays in power, much would depend on how strong or weak he is. It's really a wait and see sort of situation, I would think.
